Relaxation Yoga

As I mentioned in a previous post, I have had a super busy summer! With all this craziness I admit, I am getting a little stressed out.

When massages weren’t loosening my muscles the hubster and I decided I should sign up for a relaxation yoga class.

Best. Decision. Ever.

I have done yoga before. But it was much more intense. This yoga was absolutely amazing! It relaxed and unloosened me like nothing else has!

For the first time in weeks my shoulders aren’t stiff as a board.

I would highly recommend relaxation yoga to anyone feeling stressed. Have any of you ever had positive experiences with yoga?

Hey! I'm a new follower from FFF! Yoga is simply amazing! I need to get into it more bc when I was doing it on a regular basis, I slept better and I had more energy in the mornings! I also carry a lot of tension in my shoulders (stress, or posture) and a massage therapist told me yoga can definitely help with that, too, Glad you love it so much! -Meg @ oisme.blogspot.com

Re: Your Comment: YEAH! Abyssinians are the best! We got into them because my hubby's grandmother has always had them. We babysat her cat two Christmases ago and fell in love and thought that we HAD to get one. We drove 6 hours to get Dexter from his breeder. That's awesome to meet another Aby lover! How old is your parents' Aby? Best cats ever!!

I love yoga and wish I had more time for it in my life. Last year I took a break from life and lived in Asia for awhile and went on a vacay to Thailand by myself and did a month long yoga retreat. It changed my perspective on so many things.

Yoga= strength in body, mind and spirit. It's so refreshing.
