Visit From My Sister!

When you live so far away from family it is extra special when they come to visit. For a week I had my younger sister stay with us here in Houston...it was so much fun! We enjoyed pumpkin spice fraps, took boat cruises, baked lasagna, shopped, and just had a blast being together.

This trip has been incredibly memorable, I can say without a doubt our bond has strengthened. It was super hard to say goodbye and I have an ache in my heart as I type. Have you ever missed someone so bad that it hurts? That is my current feeling.

I know that we will see each other again and when we do it will be as if no time has passed. But it is still tough being so far away.
